Customize this doll(Ship by Sea)

• Once we receive your custom order, your order information will be sent back to the factory, and we will also pay the factory in full, so that your order can start production. Custom orders generally take around 3 days to manufacture. After production is completed, it takes 2-3 days to hand over to the shipping company, then the shipping company will decide when to ship out.
• Based on the production process for the order mentioned above, we pay the factory first before they start production. If you request a refund, it will lead to a loss on our costs.
